Gently rub with a clean white towel. Lightly dab and treat spot with water first and use shout stain remover as a second option. Professional cleaning STARTS at $30. To avoid being charged, please take care of this matter yourself and advise so that arrangements can be made for the next client.

We’d love to share your photos in our gowns and wardrobe pieces with your permission. When posting; we will give credit to all parties involved (as long as we’re made aware).

This is a gentle reminder that without a deposit your dress cannot be reserved. Regardless if there were messages between a member of our team, without a deposit the dress is available for reservation by someone else.

Yes! For an additional fee of $30 (up to 30 miles) your gown can be delivered.

Please email us to confirm the exact time of pick up, so we can be sure your gown(s) are steamed and ready upon your arrival. Once arrangements have been made and confirmed the time frame is as follows:
Day 1: Pick up
Day 2: Photoshoot
Day 3: Dress is returned by customer*
*Depending on preference of the customer, we allow dresses to be returned directly after photoshoot or next day.
