HOW TO RESERVE A DRESS

Go to the ‘rent a gown’ tab, select your gown(s) and check out through the online portal! You can also send us a message about the dress you are interested in renting. Please be aware that our response time can take up to 24-48 hrs. If the time has lapsed and you have not received a response from our team, feel free to reach out again to bump up your inquiry. A 50% deposit is due at the time of reservation. This amount is non-refundable and will secure your date. If you do not have any questions prior to reserving your dress, you can simply reserve your gown(s) by using our website’s check out system.

RENTAL TIMELINE

Please email us to confirm the exact time of pick up, so we can be sure your gown(s) are steamed and ready upon your arrival. Once arrangements have been made and confirmed the time frame is as follows:

• Day 1: Pick up

• Day 2: Photoshoot

• Day 3: Dress is returned by customer*

  *Depending on preference of the customer, we allow dresses to be returned directly after photoshoot or next day.

Balance payment shall be made at time of pick up. If payment is not received, the card on file will be automatically charged.

PICK UP & DROP OFF

Rental pick ups are in Castro Valley. We also provide shipping for farther locations or out of state rentals. Pick up and drop off (or shipment) will be arranged at time of reservation. At the time of pick up the contract must be signed and balance paid in full. If being shipped, the dress will be paid in full. Once shipped tracking will be provided as soon as mailed. Client is responsible for all shipping fees.

DELIVERY

Gown delivery is available and a delivery fee of $30 will apply.

RENTAL POLICIES

Upon signing the contract clients agree to be fully responsible for any loss or damage to the rental dress, determined by the discretion of H+H Co. This includes theft, loss, fire, stains, or any destruction that renders the dress unusable. If the dress is returned in this state you automatically authorize H+H Co. to charge your credit card for the full retail value of the dress.

Dresses are NOT to be altered in any way from its original condition.

Pickup is located in Castro Valley, CA

LATE FEES

Part of the agreement is a three day rental, any additional days that have not been agreed upon will incur in an additional fee per day the dress is not returned. Each day the item is not accounted for H+H Co. is authorized to charge the card on file accordingly. Please note, this does not include any additional fees for cleaning, replacement or lost garments.

RETURN OF GOWN(S) - CLEANING & DAMAGES

1)    Dress must be returned in same condition as it was handed to you. This includes hangers and garment bags. This will ensure no additional fees are charged. H+H Co. handles cleaning.

2)   Client is responsible for any ADDITIONAL cleaning or damages due to stains. Dresses returned with stains, dirt, odor etc. that must undergo a specialty dry cleaning process will result in an additional fee to the client for the cost of the cleaning.

Please note: This determination can take up to 24 hrs after consultation.

3)    A dress that is returned with stains that are not removable, may it be makeup, tanner, or any other stains of this nature, or damages such as tears, rips, damaged fasteners, or alterations in any way. Including: cutting, tape, iron-on bonding web for seams etc. or any missing pieces that needs replacing, will be the responsibility of the client to provide payment to cover the damages, due at the time of return. Once the contract is signed you are agreeing to cover any and all of these occurrences.

PAYMENT METHODS

We accept all major credit cards, cash, zelle, PayPal, & Apple Pay. Any fees for protection of sale will be covered by client. This will be added to the balance due at time of pick up or if shipped, at time of reservation.
